Sept 13th GOOD NEWS at OGO Morgans
The vet came today to look at Kim Chappels mare, Johnnie Black Satin and happened to wander over by WoodRose Katrina to see how she was doing and Katrina has indeed improved a bit. She is now bearing weight on her bad foot. She is VERY sore when walking but even bearing weight is an improvement to what it was. It gives hope for more improvement but even if there isnt any there is now a chance that I can at least get her stable. Katrina won’t recover but getting her stable gives her more time with her foal OGO Primavera ToughStuff.
HURRAH!!!!
I know I wont win the war but I feel like I have just won a very important battle which is the battle for more time for Katrina.
