We, Greg and I, at Wilga Park Morgans in Australia, knew that we were purchasing a wonderful Morgan stallion when we bought RanchBoss Cortez, a buckskin son of Primavera Valdez. We also had an inkling of his Sire's outstanding reputation. Cortez has proven to be everything one could wish for ... Valdez has passed on his amazing gentle temperament, his agility and athleticism and his willingness to please his human companion.

Reading this Tribute to Valdez made us proud to be lucky enough to own one of the coveted Valdez offspring. Valdez was most certainly a magnificent Morgan.

I have a beautiful son of Valdez. Bodie (Sweet Iron Bolero) is the smartest horse I have ever known or owned. I did not know his father passed away, but his spirit lives on in those of us lucky enough to have one of his babies.
