		<description>I recall mention of one named &quot;Jeff&quot; or &quot;Old Jeff&quot; captured from confederates, named for Jefferson Davis. No info on what breed, but was with 5th NYVC.

photographs of that era came out of Johnson&#039;s Crown Point photo shop.
